The coffee shop concept “Coffee House”, paired with the custom typeface “Knuckles,” is a tribute project celebrating the culture and legacy of house music.

Inspired by pioneers like Frankie Knuckles, this project honors a genre that shaped much of the music we love today. Beyond its sound, house music has deep cultural roots especially within Black and LGBT communities where it became a space for liberation, celebration, and community building. The culture represents resistance, identity, and belonging, offering marginalized groups a platform for self-expression and joy.
